the pumpkin patch

i did it. the pumpkin was bought, planned out carefully, and then executed.

so just what did i decide to go with for the first official pumpkin of the season? i've listed the high points on my thought processes... well some aren't exactly high, but they were part of the journey nonetheless, consider them entertaining.

• it can't be a halloween pumpkin yet - its only october 1.
• it can't be stupid.
• but perhaps funny.
• fallish?
• Ooo Scooby Doo!
• $2.50 !?!?
• where are all the free patterns?
• must i draw one myself?
• that looks way too hard...
• really...
• mmmmm.....
